  • 1/4 tsp hing

Method 

  • Firstly, you have to dry roast whole red chillies, black peppercorns, chana dal, and urad dal in a pan.
  • Your next step is to roast them for 4-5 minutes. Now add rice and sesame seeds to the pan. Again roast for another 2 minutes on low flame.
  • Lastly, add curry leaves, hing, salt, and desiccated coconut powder and roast for 2 more minutes.
  • You have to switch off the flame and let the mix cool down a bit. Now add to a blender, make a coarse powder, and store in an airtight jar.
